I actually wrote about this in 2004 and again in 2007 but a few people have forgotten and sometimes Vista tweaks are not the same as previous version.

Anyway, many times you are updating / downloading many files at the same time. Microsoft limits this to 2 or 3, I forget (since I run the tweak on a new machine ASAP). In all honesty this can be annoying. If you are installing new versions of your security programs at the same time and updating say Adobe Reader and downloading a couple of songs, you can get really annoyed at the wait and click game.
