INormally I take the time to write a ‘how to’ with step by step instructions and then grab some screen shots and edit then publish here for you.
This time however I found that the Microsoft web site has great instructions, just no screen shots. With that in mind, here are the direct links based on your version of Microsoft Office.
I found a web page with good screen shots for 2007, they are trying to sell you an add-in but you don’t need it with their step by step guide.
