Though I am a huge Glock fan, many of you carry the Springfield XD line of handguns. Here is some information I need to pass along

Springfield Armory has issued a voluntary recall on the XD-S 9mm & .45ACP models.
The recall is for the following serial numbers:

Springfield 3.3 XD-S 9mm pistols with serial numbers between XS900000 and XS938700
Springfield 3.3 XD-S .45ACP pistols with serial numbers between XS500000 and XS686300
