This is just a quick reminder, make a habit of anytime you install any program in Windows Vista, Windows 7 or Windows 8, any version, turn on the User Account Control, reboot, right-click on the programs “Setup” file and choose “Run As Administrator”.

After you finish installing turn User Account Control back on.

Though with many programs this is not necessary, very often that program that just wont install properly will now install just fine.

I have run into this with HP Multifunction printers, Theater ticket software, Dental and Medical Software. Now, I just make it a habit thus preventing me from forgetting and building up a lot of frustration.
