Over the decades I have used many different brands of RAM. Most because of a lower price compared to others, a few because of reviews and that they are “faster” than other brands. RAM was like coffee to me, the brand and where I bought it didn’t matter so long as it got the job done.
Recently I started to write about the technology products and brands that I use and why. That got me thinking just as much as why I do what I do. You see, I’m not just a “computer guy” or “IT” dude.
Over the years, there have been only two major CPU / processor manufacturers. Yes, there have been others, they just have not been dominant in the computer and server industry.
I have used both of these manufacturers, AMD and Intel, in the past, however I decided to exclusively sell Intel in 2007.
